They are working on a paccar engine, not many shops do that. They were able to diagnose our check engine and fix the truck same day.

I am absolutely satisfied with the service and professional knowledge. I went to the shop for a repair on my trailer and I was very impressed with the quality of the service and everything that could be done including PM. Next time in Washington I will not think twice about booking services for my truck with them.

My dispatcher made contact with them for a minor air leak. They informed her to have me come to their shop and 20 minutes later, I arrived and was told I would have to come back in the morning because the mechanic was still working on a different truck. So after wasting my time, I went to a Love’s and they literally had the leak fixed in less than 10 minutes, plus the didn’t charge me anything because the mechanic told me he had spare parts from the last repair he did.

Good honest mechanics. If you're looking for perfection, go to another planet cause it isn't here on earth. But if you need a solid team that will communicate well with you, and be honest with you about the good and the bad?, Look no further. I'm an OTR driver and been looking for a good shop for years. I've been through a few in Pierce County and finally I can stop searching and testing the waters. I'm tired of getting cheated on labor and the was job not even done correctly. Talk to Joe. He is on the same page with us drivers when it comes to quality service. They also have a shop in Sumner I think.
